We are licensed and regulated under the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) to act as an Administrative Services Provider (ASP) under license number E461/F/2016. The holding of a full ASP is authorizing us to provide to our international clients the full range of administrative services for the conducting of their international business.

 

The Cyprus government introduced the ASP Law in December 2012 (Law 196(I)/ 2012) for the regulation of the provision of administrative services, to ensure:

 

1. Cyprus’ full compliance with international standards on money laundering and tax evasion, and

2. The upgrade of the quality of services offered
